Roman 28 at 28’3″ gives a genuine swim-lane length while keeping the same footprint width. For Johnson County lots in the 40’–50′ yard-depth range, Roman 23 typically works without access compromises; Roman 28 needs the deeper yard.
Moderate Deep End — Usable Without Diving-Pool Depth
